Volunteer Drivers

1. Copy of Drivers License
2. Copy of Drivers Abstract ( Found online at  https://onlinebusiness.icbc.com/clio/)
3. Copy of Insurance Certificate
4. Signed Volunteer Driver's form  (Fillable form - but need to print out and sign:  )
5. Criminal Record Check through myBackCheck.com.  Email Tod Anderson ( todanderson@sd28.bc.ca ) for your invite.  The cost is $30 but will be reimbursed from the club.

We know that this can be a bit time consuming, but we really appreciate all our parent volunteers!
